Welcome to Drummys. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Drummys platform and all its services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Drummys.

By accessing the Drummys platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Drummys platform.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
• Drummys reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

Bet Acceptance Conditions:

• A bet is only considered valid once you receive a confirmation that the bet has been successfully accepted.
• If a bet is placed during an odds change, the bet will be settled at the new odds — the previous odds will not apply.
• Pre-match bets placed before an event begins will be refunded if the event is cancelled.
• Drummys will not be held responsible for any missed bets in live betting caused by internet disconnection.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Drummys reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Drummys sets the maximum bet amount per event, and this limit is subject to change.

Match Result Settlement:

All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting authority. In any disputed case, Drummys' decision shall be considered final.

The payment terms at Drummys are transparent and straightforward. We ensure your funds are always safe and that transactions are completed promptly.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum single deposit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account instantly.
• No hidden charges on deposits — Drummys does not charge any processing fees.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• No withdrawals will be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• For large withdrawals (over ৳1 lakh), additional verification may be required.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Drummys bonuses and promotions are designed to give users extra value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Every bonus has a wagering requirement. Typically, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before making a withdrawal.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must meet a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or higher).
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Drummys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

Any activity that violates the Drummys Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account termination.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Hacking, transmitting viruses, or launching any other form of cyberattack against the Drummys platform.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal betting activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.

Drummys reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without cause. Account action is typically taken for the reasons listed below.

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions will result in immediate account cancellation.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be automatically deactivated.
• You may request to close your account at any time.
• Any valid balance will be returned prior to termination; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.

• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
